Not all assets can carry a bulky tracker. A document envelope needs a paper-thin card tag. A refrigerated vaccine vial needs a coin-sized faro that broadcasts temperature data in real time. When organizations try to cover these varied needs, they often end up with three different vendors, three incompatible apps, and fragmented data. Feasycom’s mini size faro family solves this at the architecture level. Six models spanning card, mini size, and coin form factors share a single chip platform, a unified broadcast protocol, and a common cloud infrastructure. Pick the right tag for each asset. Manage everything in one place.

Built on the same DA14531 platform, these six compact beacons serve as small size iBeacons that share identical broadcast protocols and cloud infrastructure with the broader Feasycom faro family. They are purpose-built for assets where size and weight are non-negotiable constraints.

Challenge

Small and sensitive assets present tracking challenges that standard beacons cannot solve. A document folder cannot fit a quarter-inch tracker. A cold chain shipment requires real-time temperature monitoring in a minimal footprint. Outdoor equipment stored for years demands waterproofing and battery life that outlasts the asset.

The typical response is multi-vendor fragmentation. The temperature sensor comes from one supplier with its own app. The document tag comes from another with a separate reader. Data from these devices sits in isolated silos. A facility manager toggles between dashboards. A developer maintains separate integrations. The market lacks a unified family of mini size beacons where different sensor capabilities and form factors coexist under one protocol and one management tool.

Soluzione

All six beacons are built on the same DA14531 Bluetooth 5.1 SoC and run Feasycom’s standard firmware. They broadcast IBEACON, Eddystone, and AltBeacon frames simultaneously across 10 configurable slots. Because they share identical protocols, a single receiving device—whether a smartphone running FeasyBeacon, a custom app built on the FeasyBeacon SDK, or a Ble gateway—can scan, parse, and forward data from any combination of these beacons at once.

Each model reports according to its capability: temperature and humidity from the BP121, motion events from the BP106 and BP103C via optional G-sensors, and location data from all six. All of this converges into a single data stream without custom middleware. The family also supports Bluetooth Aoa/AoD direction-finding for sub-meter location accuracy, with the BP108B fully qualified as an IP67 long-life Aoa/AoD location tag.

The result is a deployment where one infrastructure serves every asset type. One protocol. One management tool. One data pool.
