As the fifth new member of Nordic nRF52 series, nRF52833 SoC can provide multi-protocol solutions that support high temperature performance (up to 105°C) and direction finding function.

Nordic nRF52840 System-on-Chip
The nRF52840 SoC is built around a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4F processor optimized for ultra-low power operation, combining Bluetooth 5, شبكة بلوتوث, خيط, IEEE 802.15.4, ANT and 2.4GHz proprietary. It is also featured with on-chip NFC-A tag and on-chip USB 2.0 (Full speed) controller. The SoC is developed with 1 MB FLASH and 256 kB RAM.
