FSC‑BP411 is a Bluetooth 5.4 audio transmitter dongle powered by the Qualcomm QCC3086 chipset, supporting both Classic Bluetooth and LE Audio. It features a driver‑free USB 2.0 interface that is recognized as a composite audio and HID device on Windows, Linux, and iOS systems, enabling plug‑and‑play operation with no additional software installation.
The dongle supports two LE Audio modes: Bis (Broadcast Synchronous Stream) for one‑to‑many audio broadcasting to an unlimited number of receivers, and CIS (Connected Isochronous Stream) for two‑way audio transmission with stereo synchronization. Ideal for wireless speakers, headsets, and multi‑listener applications, FSC‑BP411 delivers reliable, low‑latency audio with a transmission range of up to 70 meters in open environments.
