The Feasycom FSC-BP409 is a Bluetooth audio transmitter that supports both Bluetooth Classic and LE Audio. It is compliant with Bluetooth 5.3 and equipped with a USB 2.0 interface. It can be used on Windows, Linux, and iOS systems without the need for drivers. When connected, it will be recognized as a composite device consisting of a USB audio input/output device and a USB virtual serial port. The LE Audio feature of the Bluetooth adapter can operate in two modes: Broadcast Isochronous Stream (BIS) and Connected Isochronous Stream (CIS).
BIS is a unidirectional communication protocol that allows one or more audio streams to be broadcasted from the source device to an unlimited number of receivers that are not connected to the source. The device acts as a gateway, receiving audio data from an external source via USB and forwarding it to multiple LE Audio headphones, with no specific limit on the number of headphones supported.
CIS is a bidirectional communication protocol that allows independent, connected audio streams to be sent from the source device to one or more receivers. The FSC-BP409 can act as a gateway, simultaneously transmitting audio data through both the left and right ISO channels, enabling synchronized stereo playback.
